Basically, if you can train someone to do a task in two weeks or less, you probably shouldn’t have your local staff – whom you’re paying a lot of money – do it. Our virtual assistants are based out of the Philippines, and we make sure they all get the proper training while creating detailed process documentation that provides added value for our clients. Every training session is recorded and documented, so once a company gives us a task, they will not have to worry about it in the future. We also make sure to cross-train so there is always a backup person who can fill in if necessary – meaning no downtime for your vital business functions.
